MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF FLAVORED MILK:-


Fresh, clean and good quality warm milk is received for separation to obtain cream and skim milk. Skim milk is standardized and pasteurized at 710C for 15 seconds. It is cooled at 50C.skim milk is added with sugar syrup (8.5%), flavor(25 ml/10litermilk) andcolour (as per required)

It is filled in glass bottles of 200 ml each. these bottles are capped with caps,by hand capper. These bottles are kept in trays {36 bottles in one tray}. This tray is kept in sterilizer vat. Stave the boiler and allow the steam to pars into sterilizer vat. The final temperature of sterilizer vat.

The final temperature of sterilization reaches 1200-1260C. all the bottles to cool at room temperature. Observe the bottes for 48 hrs. for any kind of curding after cunning, the bottles are labelled of flavors and colour with manufacture date, batch number and price.

These bottles over stored at cool and dry place till distribution.
